From a young age, I was fascinated with babies and spent hours caring for my baby dolls and dreaming of motherhood. As I grew up, I became the neighborhood babysitter, and later, a camp counselor, and coach at the local children's gym. In 2020, I graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a BA in Psychology and Bioethics. The Bioethics program was my first formal exposure to reproductive ethics and the role of a doula. Post-college, I worked as a live-in nanny of three young children. In this role, I found my love for working intimately with growing families and the importance of community support in the child bearing years. I experienced alongside them the ebb and flow of parenthood, the unpredictability of pregnancy and birth, and the joy of welcoming their fourth child.
In 2023, I completed my Full-Spectrum Doula Certification through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT). I went on to take MotherTree's internationally recognized Birth Doula Training in 2025. I've also pursued continued education courses on the intersection of Birth and Disability, Queering Birthwork, and Abortion Support. Since then, I have completely fallen in love with community care work and all things birth. I feel so grateful to get to serve young families in the community were I was born and raised — as my mom recently said, little Georgie would be over the moon.
My work is influenced by my experience as a queer woman with complex trauma and chronic illness and I love to support folks who hold these identities as well. I have experience advocating for and implementing adjustments to standard hospital practices to best support clients with anxiety, trauma, and a variety of sensory needs. I am particularly passionate about working with queer families, single parents, and poly family structures. My hope is that everyone in my care feels prepared, safe, heard, and empowered along their reproductive journey.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, camping in the rain, playing cards, swing dancing, and learning guitar. I am a quieter, detail-oriented person who values active listening, and I believe my role is primarily to amplify your voice. I am described by my friends and family as intuitive, thorough, grounded, and calm in a crisis.
I was raised by multiple generations of women whose wisdom, strength, and stories have encouraged me to pursue this path. As a single mother, my mom relied heavily on her village — my grandmother who was once a young mom, and my aunt, who was also a new mom at the time. Looking back, I saw them share in the every day trials and joys of motherhood, while also getting time to maintain their independence. In a world that often lacks human connection, I believe that every parent and child deserves this level of support. I recognize that this work is deeply personal, and I strive to get to know my clients and care for them as I would a close friend. We all know it takes a village and I would be honored to be a part of yours.
