Labor & Birth Support

I am a certified Traditional Health Worker in the state of Oregon and can accept Oregon Health Plan for birth and postartum services. Moda, Regence BCBS, Pacific Sourse, and Aetna coming Fall 2026! Please reach out for more information about coverage if you will be using insurance.

For private pay clients, my birth support package is $1000 with half due at the time of hire and the other half at 37 weeks. Please consider paying more if you are able, as this allows me to provide low cost doula care to families who need it. See my sliding scale breakdown below for more information on pricing! I am committed to making safe doula care accessible to all.

Birth support Package:

  • Free in-person or virtual consultation
  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss preferences and prepare for birth
  • Access to educational/community resources and lending library
  • Emotional and informational support throughout your pregnancy
  • On-call from 37-42 weeks
  • Continuous in-person support during labor, delivery, and immediately postpartum
  • At least one postpartum visits in your home to support sleep and feeding goals, process your birth, and answer all your questions about newborn care
  • Detailed birth notes and pictures if desired

While we can’t predict exactly what your labor and delivery will look like, I can help give you a birth experience that feels the way you want it to. Your environment sets the tone for your birth, and I find immense joy in setting up your birth space to feel calm, cozy, and unique to you. My goal is not just a healthy baby, but also a safe, autonomous, and empowered birthing parent. I have experience implementing and advocating for adjustments to standard hospital practices for folks with different sensory needs, anxiety, and trauma.
